The ICE (International Consulting Expertise group) app allows international experts/consultants working on ICE international contracts in developing countries to assess online (on their smartphones) their contracts and invoices with ICE, insurance and any other important documents that are useful for their assignment. In particular, the ICE app sends push notifications to experts/consultants as soon as their invoices have been paid by ICE.
